Defective Item Exchange
Defective items within the warranty period can be exchanged by first submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, while logged into your account. (*If you do not have an account please use the Contact Us page to request an RMA.)
To submit an RMA Request;
- Log into your account and goto 'My Account' (located above our store logo on the homepage)
- On the my account page you will find your order history in the 'Track your recent orders' section.
- Find the order that contains the item you wish to exchange and choose 'View Details'
- Next choose 'Add New RMA' (just below the shipping address section)
- Complete and Submit the RMA Request. Please allow 24 hours for a response from our staff.
- Please do not send anything until you receive a response.
